Adam Leitman Bailey awarded three recipients, Ashley Brito, Chabely Jorge and Stefany Lazieh, for the year 2016.

Nine years ago, Adam Leitman Bailey founded the Raymond ‘Hap’ Harrison scholarship in honor of his high school track coach Raymond Hap Harrison, who inspired him greatly. The scholarship is awarded annually to recent High School graduates who plan to attend college in the Fall.

Ashley Brito, worked as an intern for Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C., working in the transactional department. She attended Millennium High School where she excelled academically. Ms. Brito stated, “This scholarship really helped me finalize that [college] decision.” In the fall, Ms. Brito will attend Fordham University where she will study Political Science. She credits her educational future to Adam Leitman Bailey who has inspired her dreams of becoming an Attorney.

Chabely Jorge interned at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. during her senior year at Millennium High School, working with many paralegals and attorneys throughout the office. Ms. Jorge graduated at the top of her class and was chosen to be the graduation speaker at her high school. After receiving the award, Ms. Jorge said, “I’m very honored and excited to have received this from Adam.” Ms. Jorge is headed to Columbia on a full scholarship in July to start to continue her academic career studying Political Science.

Stefany Lazieh, who is graduating New Milford High School as co-valedictorian interned at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. during the Summer of 2015. Upon receiving the scholarship, Ms. Lazieh stated, “I know that the scholarship will open so many opportunities for me in college and in the future. Ms. Lazieh will be attending Rutgers University on a full honor scholarship in the Fall where she will be on the pre-med track.
